- 100% client satisfaction
In January 2009 we earned the Qfor client satisfaction label for the
3rd time. We scored an impressive 100% for both our trainings and
our consulting activities. Needless to say, that makes us pretty
darn proud.
But enough about us.
What does this Qfor label mean for Flemish companies?
- 600 people trained
We've never given as many trainings as we did the past year.
The most popular training by far is ‘Writing
for the web’, which we taught at Red Cross Flanders, IDEWE-IBEVE,
the Department of Justice and the Department of Agriculture and
Fisheries, amongst others.
All our trainings

- 1 web usability blog
The result of playing around with WordPress over the Easter holidays:
The Web Usability Blog.
After a hiatus of about 5 years, we've started writing articles
about usability and information architecture again.
A big thank you to all our readers and followers.
- 3 usability awards
At last, usability awards for Belgian made or owned websites.
The first edition was quite a success.
We were happy with the number of participants, the knowledgeable
jury and of course the 3 winners.
There will definitely be a 2nd edition in 2010.
Stay informed of the start of the submission period for the 2010 awards.
That way you can submit your site for the 2010 edition.
Have a great year!
