User testing for Zespri
(20 February, 2011)
We had our doubts whether a user test would be the best way to evaluate a site as small as kiwi fruit brand Zespri's.

Boy, were we wrong. We tested 1 day with 5 people and learnt loads. Proof once more that user testing is always worthwhile.

User testing for Eastpak

After we worked for Kipling in 2009, fellow bag company Eastpak has turned to AGConsult for usability advice. Besides feedback on the new webdesign proposals, we also did some user testing on the new Eastpak webshop.


2009 in numbers (6 January, 2010)
2009 was a good year for AGConsult. We renewed our Qfor client satisfaction label with an impressive score of 100%. We trained more people than ever before in writing for the web, web usability and information architecture. And last but by no means least, we worked on lots of interesting and challenging projects.

UCB Pharma wins Usability Check-up

AGConsult writes request for proposal for the European University Institute
(1 February, 2007)
The European University Institute in Florence remains a satisfied customer. After the user tests we did for the EUI last year, we devised a new information architecture for the web site and the intranet.

Now, the EUI has asked AGConsult to assist them with writing a detailed request for proposal for their new web site. AGConsult will also be involved in the choice of the web builder.


Bilingual user test for the Brussels Capital Region
(27 January, 2007)
Usability is not only a commercial concern. Government agencies are also increasingly aware their web sites need to be userfriendly. That's why the Brussels Capital Region asked AGConsult to do a One-day User Test on their web site.

The test users consisted of a mix of Flemish and French speakers. Our visual PowerPoint report contained very practical and to the point advice on how to tackle the problems we perceived during the test.

Winning new contracts is of course very nice. But new contracts from existing customers give us that extra boost. The repeat business from customers like Vlerick, Telenet and the King Baudouin Foundation proves that we really deserve our Qfor customer satisfaction label. Thanks, guys!


Benchmark Test for Orange/Mobistar (19 August, 2006)
Together with LBI/Framfab, the biggest European web agency, AGConsult has performed a series of user tests on various telecom web sites. The results of the user tests will be used to improve the European Mobistar web sites.

User interface for new Wolters Kluwer project (26 July, 2006)
Wolters Kluwer Belgium has called upon AGConsult for the mock-ups of the interface design of a new product site. A series of user tests will be held to refine the mock-ups and general concept.


Expert review for Syntra (25 July, 2006)
Training institute Syntra ordered an expert usability review of its web site. Our extensive and very practical report will be used by Syntra's own web team to improve the web site.
