The Brussels Enterprise Agency and the Belgian Institute for Postal
Services and Telecommunication have asked AGConsult to design a more
transparent information structure and user-friendly interface.
The BEA, a project of the Brussels-Capital Region, wanted its new web
site to reflect the needs of users. In order to distance themselves from
existing corporate structures and to gain a better understanding of the
needs of BEA's target audience, AGConsult was called in. AGConsult
worked out an information structure tailored to the Brussels
entrepreneur based on interviews with the people from the BEA, observation
of real users and log file analysis. The web site itself (http://www.bao.irisnet.be)
was made by E-venture.
The BIPT asked AGConsult to come up with an information structure and
user interface that would suit the needs of its varied audience groups.
AGConsult's independence and open-mindedness made it
possible to change the old, for users often very complicated structure
into a more easily understandable one. The new structure is used as the
basis for the web site currently in development.
Over the past months the following companies trusted in AGConsult to
improve the user-friendliness of their web projects: Agoria, the Ministry
of Flanders, Fortis Bank, Daikin Europe, the Flemish League against Cancer.
How can
AGConsult help you to develop a user-centered information structure?
