Kluwer publishers (www.kluwer.be),
a subdivision of Wolters Kluwer Belgium, had its recently renewed web
shop tested by AGConsult.
Kluwer publishers is specialised in centralising and publishing
quality information for professionals. Their specialisations include
accountancy, law, HR, finance and insurance. Because the internet is becoming an important sales channel, Kluwer publishers decided to call
on the AGConsult experts for a thorough check-up of the site's
usability.
The combination of an expert test and a user test resulted in a
number of suggestions for long-term and short-term improvements.
AGConsult was also asked to rewrite specific content and to provide a
day of copywriting training for the Kluwer content team.
