| Benchmark tests for Bridgestone and

A thorough renewal of their web sites meant the
European headquarters of both tyre manufacturer Bridgestone and
post-order digital print service ExtraFilm, a Spector Photo Group company,
called on AGConsult for a benchmark test.
In a benchmark test a number of test users belonging to
the client's target audience evaluate the usability of the customer's
web site and the web site of his closest competitors. That way, our
client finds out what people think of his web site and what they think
are the best practices on the competition's web site.
Thanks to the test
results and AGConsult's practical recommendations Bridgestone and
ExtraFilm can now make motivated decisions about their sites' future
strategy. In the case of ExtraFilm,
AGConsult is also involved in the optimization of a few interfaces for the
new site.
