Not all usability issues can be caught in rules and guidelines. If
you want to uncover
more subtle and complex usability problems, you need to do observe and
analyse the behaviour of real users during a user test.
An Extended User
Test gives you practical tips to improve the usability
of your web site on a short-term basis and strategic advice for the
optimization of future
versions.

of the user test.
- Select and contact the test users.
- Have a user test: all the user's actions and
remarks are recorded. The tests can be held
in your offices or ours.

large screen in a separate room.
- Analyse the behaviour and the remarks of the test
users.
